Clarence Project
This Geelong West project involved retaining and restoring the front portion of a beautiful Federation-style home while respectfully and seamlessly integrating a bespoke architectural extension.
Thoughtfully designed courtyards and highlight windows bring light and balance to the spaces, showcasing the level of detail and consideration that went into realising our clients’ vision. From custom-turned posts and traditional weatherboards to imported brick tiles, interlocking panels, raked walls, and timber-lined ceilings — every element was carefully chosen to celebrate craftsmanship and character.
While the heritage facade and detailing were preserved, the entire home was upgraded to perform and feel like new, incorporating hydronic heating, acoustic insulation, and double glazing throughout. The result is a timeless blend of old and new — a warm, refined home that honours its history while embracing modern living.
